Nirav Shah, CEO, AdCirrusERP

Welcome! I am Nirav Shah and my journey with ERP systems began during my undergraduate studies when I first encountered Macola in an Inventory Management class. This experience revealed the power of ERP systems in integrating various business departments into a unified system, sparking a lasting interest. This fascination deepened as I delved into “MRP/MPS” and “Accounting.” After completing my MBA, I commenced my career as a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant at Fujitsu, where I had the privilege of implementing their first SaaS Glovia G2 ERP solution. This role provided essential mentorship and experience, significantly advancing my career.

 

Over the past 13 years, I have specialized in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP channel, focusing on implementing and selling Dynamics Business Central. This extensive period has enriched my expertise and understanding of ERP systems. In 2020, I embraced entrepreneurship, founding my own company to assist businesses in realizing the benefits of connected business management systems. We proudly resell Dynamics Business Central and Acumatica, both top-tier solutions for the SMB market. My passion lies in helping our customers and employees grow through these remarkable software solutions.

Hi, I’m Peter Nicholson! With a background in account management and a knack for data analysis, I’ve found my sweet spot as a Systems & Data Analyst. My journey began in the manufacturing industry, where I honed my skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Jet Reports, and Power BI. 

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about enhancing reporting methods to track essential business KPIs. This drive led me to take ownership of implementing more substantial reporting methods within various organizations, facilitating informed decision-making and driving business growth.

In 2024, I made a pivotal career move into IT, serving as the Division Systems and Data Analyst for ITW Appliance Components which spreads across eight countries. This exciting fusion of my sales background and my passion for data and technology allows me to drive impactful change within the organization. 

Whether it’s optimizing processes, uncovering insights, or solving complex challenges, I thrive on turning data into actionable solutions.
