What to Expect When Working with AdCirrus

Step 1 - Discovery
During this first step in the process, we’ll work with you to understand your business process from end-to-end. This is where we’ll uncover inefficiencies in your process flow and identify opportunities for improvement. We’ll also identify your current system limitations and discuss what it will take for you to be successful with a new system.
Step 2 - Data Migration
Next, we’ll analyze your data in its current format and assist you in making decisions about what needs to be transferred to the new ERP – ensuring your data migration happens smoothly and correctly.
Step 3 - Training
At this point, we will educate your key users on how to communicate better between departments to ensure more efficient workflows, as well as train on specific needs within the ERP systems. We will also document your workflows and provide work instructions as necessary.
Step 4 - Pilot Testing (UAT)
Now, we will run through your important business processes within the new ERP system, checking for any blind spots or gaps and accounting for exceptions. After your final approval that the system and process flows are ready for go-live, we’ll help reconcile your subledger and GL balances, cut over open AR and AP, transfer EDI/eCommerce orders into the new system – and whatever else needs to be done to ensure a seamless transition.
Step 5 - Go-Live/Deployment
When the new system is 100% ready and it’s time to go live, we will send a member of our team to be on-site with yours to work through the transition to the new system until everything is stable.
Step 6 - Support
For as long as you are an AdCirrus customer, you will have a dedicated support team and project manager that you can reach out to at any time. After go-live, we will continue with weekly status calls to ensure everything is running smoothly, and we’ll visit you on-site once a year to discuss your company growth and whether changes are needed to keep your ERP system working in perfect alignment with your business needs.
